Zebong StoryTeller

The whole school was lucky enough to have ZEBONG come along to entertain us. He has a unique style of storytelling using a quilt and patterns to unlock his family history.   The storytelling involved children (and teachers) acting, listening and responding to his tales.

Freyberg High Concert - Term 3

We were lucky enough to have Freyberg School visit Whakarongo School on Thursday 24th July - Week 1 of Term 3.
We were entertained through music and informed about what Freyberg High School could offer our Year 8 students should they attend there next year.
